Great location to do all your shopping at the Pratt am market and good rates

Property was old with green hospital floors and renovated to make it a nice brand, failed. Smelled of old building. Same brand we stay outside of BKK and the building was new and modern. Will not stay , high price for the amenities and building .

Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities

Great staff, room was clean. They gave a cute complimentary treat upon my check in. The folded elephant towels were a cute touch. I had a room with the tub by the window. I didn’t use it because the tub was really small in person. Bathroom was clean and they actually give you enough towels. Would stay again.

Staff were very helpful and politr. The room was spacious and clean. Although the location is in the center, noise level was not high.
