Just 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon and 26 minutes from Panguitch Lake, this cozy retreat offers outdoor dining, a firepit for stargazing, and a private hot tub for unwinding after a day of adventure. Our cottage is centrally located yet quiet and secluded—an ideal gateway to Bryce Canyon and Southern Utah’s outdoors. Use your preferred map app for easy navigation. Upon arrival, enjoy a private gated yard with lush green lawn, a rare treat in the high desert. Enter using your personalized smart lock code—no keys to keep track of.

Inside, the freshly renovated home is designed for comfort. The living room features a smart TV for movie nights and streaming. To the left, the modern kitchen includes all essentials: dishwasher, stovetop, and a microwave that doubles as a convection oven.

From the kitchen, a sliding door leads directly to the private hot tub—perfect for soothing muscles after hiking Bryce Canyon. Relax under mood lighting and enjoy complete privacy.

The main suite includes a comfortable bed, smart TV, private bathroom, and fresh linens and towels. The second bedroom is stylish and spacious, with a queen bed and a daybed that expands to king-size. This room also features a dedicated desk and office chair for work needs, plus access to the laundry area and a
second full bathroom.

EV guests are welcome. We offer Level 2 (220v) charging with your adapter, at $20/day. Nema 14-50 Adapter is required.

Firewood is stocked on-site and available for $15/night of use.

Pets are not allowed

LISTING ACCESS
You’ll have full access to the home, hot tub, yard, fire pit, and outdoor dining space. The cleaner’s closet and backyard shed remain locked. Feel free to message us about firewood access.

Interaction and Notes
We manage remotely but have local support available. We respond quickly to ensure you’re well taken care of.

For safety and cleanliness, no alcoholic beverages or glass are allowed in or around the hot tub.

The home does not have air conditioning, but shaded surroundings, screened windows, and cool summer nights keep the temperature comfortable. Open windows at night and close them during the day.

The fire pit is available for use; please notify us before starting a fire so our neighbor with respiratory sensitivities can close his windows.

Parking is available both in front of the house and under the covered space beside the home.

EV charging is available ($20/day, adapter required).

Firewood is stocked for $15/night of use.
