"Older property but convenient and friendly staff."

"The room was very nice. It was the size of a small apartment with a full kitchen (stacked with pans & dishes), living room, bedroom & bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again. The only negative was no coffee pot an no breakfast options. "

"When we checked in there was no one in the office so we had to call a number then we were given a code to come into the room. The outside window was broken with cracks all over making us not feel safe, the room was dirty we found a bug on the toilet and there was curse words written all over the walls along with profanity that was unacceptable. We decided not to stay so I contacted the property and left two voicemails no one returned my calls so we left and found another place to stay. The property is no help and has not issued a refund either has hotels.com which I paid for the insurance. Completely let down and disappointed in all of it"

"Beautiful hotel, staff was great. Restaurant not so good. Needs significant improvement in quality of food preparation. Overcooked (meat burnt on one side and then hidden by putting burnt side down on the plate side in one case), another pasta dish enter at the same meal was served luke warm, not fresh and hot as it should have Ben. This is a problem and should be addressed. Two porly cooked meals at the same sitting is not an accident. The bar and staff on the other hand were excellent."
