Countryside Retreat with Private Pool, Fireplace, and Electric Bike

Spacious, detached house of 180 m², located in a quiet, typical village in the heart of the countryside, 16 km from Ancenis.

Enclosed garden of 1200 m² and access to a walled area opposite the house with a private, unheated swimming pool (open May to September - 8x5m). Available for use: table tennis, volleyball, and an electric bicycle with a child's trailer (deposit €100).

Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with one 80x160cm bed, dining room (pellet stove), separate kitchen, bathroom/WC.

First floor: 4 bedrooms (8 single beds 90x200cm that can be joined together or 4 king-size beds 180x200cm), sleeping area on the landing (sofa bed 140x190cm), bathroom, and separate WC.

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, freezer, full baby equipment. Included: bed linens (beds made upon arrival) and firewood.

Not included: electric heating (meter reading) and towels.

Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€90).

Nearby: working windmill, hiking trails, and greenway.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a lovely area and very nicely done up. Plenty of inside and a lovely pool, which was shared with the owner next door. The house came with a plug-in fan to use in one of the bedrooms upstairs for those hot summer nights but you may want to bring more for the other bedrooms. Overall, a great place with a very friendly host.
