"Und wieder könnten wir sechs Sterne ****** vergeben für eine tolle, helle und moderne Ferienwohnung mit einem super Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Am Abend sitzt man mit einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, toll. Die Vermieter sind wie Familie und haben uns " gepampert " und uns ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket geboten. Das Meer ist nicht sehr tief, geht max. bis zum Oberkörper und der Strand ist schön. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal dort und sind 2026 wieder da. Vielen Dank an Miriam, Konstantin und Michael."

"First this is a beautiful home and the surrounding area was elegant but we had issues with the following1 - slow or no response from host when we had issues ie toilet paper, dryer, door entry or dryer2 - with a group of nine and a stay of 7 days we needed more than 1 roll of toilet paper3 - had a problem with door entry on first day until we figured it out. Host actually responded within a reasonable amount of time4 - front door had multiple locks. If you used the wrong lock (which we did) you would not been able to enter the house. We were blessed to find other ways to enter the establishment.5 - We told host we had a party of nine and reiterated this before arriving. We were surprised that we did not have enough forks, plates, cups, pots etc to support a group this large6 - We had to share a remote between two tvs because one of the remotes did not work with that tv7 - while washing clothes, dryer broke down(CL error) . Host never responded to this issue. So in order to dry our clothes we had to hang them on bannister. So we found a solution but a courtesy response from host would have helped.8 - hot water capacity could have been adjusted for our family size.So in conclusion beautiful property but the personal interaction that we needed sometimes did not exist!"

"This property has a lot of potential, but the cleanliness, disorganization, and lack of attention to detail made for a shortened stay. The hosts tried to fix things, but there was simply too much that needed attention. An overgrown cactus when approaching the entry grazed and injured a guest’s shoulder, old and decaying/moldy food, an overall kitchen odor, mismatched dinnerware, greasy cooking utensils, stained bedding/couches, general uncleanliness, little toilet paper, no dishwashing detergent and a missing remote for the living room television all made for a very uncomfortable stay. The house has potential and the hosts tried, but it was too much to fully explain and fix to achieve a comfortable stay. We would not stay here again."
