Check-in/Check-out
Upon booking we will send you a short message thanking you. 3 days prior to your arrival we will send you step by step check-in instructions.

Living Room
The living room features a smart TV, You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use.

Sleeping area
Featuring a queen sized bed that will have you never wanting to wake up. You can close the blackout curtains to treat yourself with a little extra shuteye.

Kitchen
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of Knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers
– We keep it stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and your basic condiments.

Patio
With mountains as your backdrop and a nice two seater conversation piece, enjoying time on this patio is a must! The propane grill will work great all year for you to chef your favorites!

Laundry
There is a washer and dryer available for your use down in the parkade it is coin laundry that costs $2 per load. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

Transportation
The shuttle to Invermere runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Ski Tip Lodge in the upper village. The first shuttle is at 9:47 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:21PM
Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:
1. There is no smoking permitted in the property. We do allow smoking on the deck.
2. Only non shedding dogs under 50lbs will be permitted and will need to be approved.
3. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
4. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 8am
