"We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. "The room was clean and amenities provided adequate. Parking is an issue and depends on the availability of an unsupervised pay-and-display car park at a church that is within a 5 minute walk. There is a process to be followed (via codes and lockbox) to gain access to the hotel via a door beside waste bins. Information on this is provided remotely by a helpful staff member, The staff member engaged for this (Heather) was friendly and very helpful over the phone). The hotel is also a nightclub and hence guests need to be aware and prepared for loud music until the early hours on Fridays and Saturdays. (Ear-plugs were provided). The location of the hotel is very convenient for the beach/waterfront and is a short walk from the central area of town."
