"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."

"This apartment staff wasnt attentive. They supposed to text me earlier but they didnt send me how to check in and etc before the check in time. Regardless of what time i will be arriving, they should text me earlier or send me instruction on check in. I was only replied when i texted them at 5pm infront of the property, they sent me some forms to fill which I did.
