"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m happy to see they’ve added several new facilities since my last visit. The new amenities include a gym (with a giant treadmill!), a kids’ club, yoga sessions, and a self-service laundry area, which make the stay even more convenient and family-friendly. One of their biggest highlights is the complimentary freshly brewed coffee — definitely a plus point! The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the town center and the airport, which makes it very convenient and easy to travel around Penang Island. They don’t serve free buffet breakfast! "

"Spotless room. Great amenities. Staff; kind and friendly…helpful. Our main issue was that it’s not *our* typical hotel experience. We were there for 6-days and had some pleasant day and a few issues with the way of managed us as customers. *The check-in and check-out process was our biggest challenge: They required a *cash only* deposit…something I may have missed on the app when reserving. When we checked out, our departure was delayed because the desk clerk told me she had to go to our room and walk-through and I had to return the deposit receipt given to me when checking in before we checked out. Otherwise, the best thing about staying there was the attached mall and neighbor filled with shops and restaurants. "
