My friend lost her passport during Camino walk and we don’t speak Spanish, he helped us to call the restaurant even contacted local police for us. Luckily my friend found her passport. "This 2-level apartment is simply incredible, it was even better than the pictures, and it had all the appliances one might need. The host Olga, was so great about answering all our questions even before our stay started. We had a slight hiccup with the washing machine, so Olga was kind enough to send our laundry to an outside vendor and have it ready for us the same day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ourence or any neighboring city. Thanks...
