The cabin was nice. The view was beautiful. We were looking forward to being able to relax in the hot tub but it was under construction and had no water. There was a wedding the same time we were there so we had to stay in the cabin for a couple hours until it was over. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a guys weekend of golf.

Feels like Wine Country

This was an amazing stay, the property owner was very accommodating, helpful, and she quickly responded to any needs or questions. We originally booked the cabin, and while we loved it---the views were amazing---we realized that the lofts weren't the right fit for us. We asked if we could switch to one of the cottages, and the owner made that happen immediately, within the hour even! The cottage was modern, but it still had the peace of solitude in nature. You can't go wrong booking here, it has something for everyone. I'd love to book here in autumn someday! Cheers!

Quiet Getaway

Beautiful country hillside of Indiana cabin stay....you can't beat the view and quietness!! Check in was off as the VRBO phone # was wrong but I found the innkeeper....and the AC was broke but repaired immediately they had a service truck out there in 35-45 minutes....Tom owner apologized up and down but was on top of it in my opinion.....My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and quiet stay! It was for 5 days above 90 degrees they have a very nice pool near the main home. Had most of the kitchen supplies you need....I ended up bringing a tabletop propane grill but they have charcoal or open fire grills onsite. The bed was surprisingly comfy although going up and down the ladder wasn't great but we knew this when we rented the cabin! wifi...tv...games...couch and chairs....pretty decent bathroom and kitchen. Wrap around porch.....we made s'mores and memories on this trip!!!

Private Oasis!

Family had an amazing time here at Blueberry Hill! The cabin was clean & cozy and we absolutely loved the scenic views overlooking Paoli! Coffee every morning outside on the front porch at sunrise and bonfires every night enjoying the views at sunset! Outdoor pool and hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Marengo Caves is a 30 minute ride and Wilstem Wildlife Park is only 15 minutes away and close to French Lick. Must go to Roosters Hen House for breakfast/lunch and Porkys BBQ for lunch/dinner!

Presents better in photos

The cabin is VERY small, basically one room with kitchen and 2 loft spaces above with beds. Loft spaces require dropdown ladders to access. Not ideal for multiple people since there is no separation or privacy from bedrooms, living room, kitchen areas. There were multiple things that need fixing and/or rundown, like drawers, lightbulbs out, etc. There was a ladybug infestation (hundreds) the day we got there and although the property caretakers were doing their best to get rid of them, they were still all over the cabin. The grounds are VERY nice with multiple firepits and great valley views. However, if it's raining and cold (as it was), the cabin isn't ideal for relaxing. The TV is the size of a computer monitor and although there is Roku, the internet connection is too unreliable to watch. The caretakers were extremely nice and responsive, however, due to weather and everything mentioned above we ended up leaving a day early. Again, this is nice if you're looking for an upgrade to a camping experience, but a luxury cabin experience this is not.

Family Trip

The property was very nice, set up on top of a hill with beautiful country views. The grotto area with tables, chairs and fire pit was fabulous. In between hikes, we were even able to fit in a little time playing frisbee golf on the property. We had a fun, family weekend!

Gravel Road

The gravel road up the big hill left our cars either dusty or muddy depending on the day. The cabin is a little neglected. Looks like carpenter ants have been eating away the wood. The pull down ladder to the two loft sleeping areas is very steep and wobbly. on a hot day the lofts do not cool down much with AC set low and the ceiling fan on high. The ceiling fan and light are on the same switch and there is no pull to easily turn off the light and leave the fan running at night, The view is great.

The pictures represent the property in its prime. Things were a little run down.

The view was spectacular!! The refrigerator was not turned on or plugged in when we arrived and we had food that needed to be chilled. There was dog hair all over the rug, from the previous tenant. Whoever mowed, mowed around the chairs by the fire pit, instead of moving them, so the grass around the fire pit was overgrown, we used the two fire pits inside the concrete wall. The place was great, but I feel that for the price a little more attention to detail could have made it a little better.

Small cabin on beautiful property overlooking the hillside. Beds are in loft. Must be able to climb ladder. Beds are comfortable memory foam. Lots to do in surrounding French Lick. Off the beaten path but there are two other cabins so you may have neighbors. Enjoyed our stay. Recommend for a couple
