"This wonderful hotel was a great mix of modern and old time charm with wonderful intricate details including a poor over coffee service in the room and a water bar with fresh clean water. The bedding was outstanding and the chirping birds and flowered patios were glorious! The managers were exceptionally gracious. What a lovely experience! I will be back for sure! A lovely, lovely stay!"

"I visited during off-season, 5/31-6/1. That made it super easy to get into the place I booked online, 101 Gateway. Mike Smith's place was perfect for me, easy to get into and a wonderfully relaxing spot on my travels. I'd do it again anytime."

"We were welcomed and check in was easy. Warm fresh cookies put out in afternoon which were delicious! Room was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was nice. Enjoyed chatting with other travelers in the cozy breakfast area. Very close to town and convenient to food."
