Staff was friendly, but the area is in a rough location- parties all night could be heard and the next morning, so many homeless individuals crowding the streets. The hotel room was poorly appointed and terribly outdated.

Our stay in Hilo was amazing! Charlotte was a gracious host. The home is a beautiful gem. We had our adult children with us, and we were able to spread out and spend time together without being on top of each other.
