"Exceptional location. Loved sleeping to the sound of the waves. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Staff were friendly and attentive. Meal was high quality. I thought the drinks were expensive and over 300 % mark up on the wine was excessive"
"I stayed 1 night here with family and really enjoyed it. We arrrived just at sun set and the owner met us. We went straight to the beach from the property via a forest track where you can watch the sunset. We had a large self catering cottage to ourselves and our room was ensuite. Very pleasant stay and really quiet location. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again."

"Super well stocked off grid cabin, overlooking a valley. Hammocks and bbq on deck with lots of cooking supplies. Cabin is beautifully decorated with books and games. Trails down to the river and a beautiful look out spot! Sunset - gorgeous! Really loved it! Host warm and friendly and has a home close by. One of my favorite stays on the South Island! "
