We haven't used the work-desk but with AC on in the living room it should be well set.But the balcony, or rather terrace is as perfect as it can be.You don't beat this kind of view any time of the day or night.Check the photos - both taken just sitting at the table, living a dream and feeling nothing but pure joy!"
