This beautifully located fully furnished apartment is only a 5 minute walk to a wide selection of bars and restaurants, that cater for all tastes & a ten minute walk to the ocean. The balcony has pool views. A welcome pack is available on request for basic food stuffs. If you have young children, a cot or high chair can be ordered for you on your arrival. The lady ( Sian) who manages the property for us in Paphos, is also a professional hairdresser, who if required will visit the apartment at your request. The 2 bedroom apartment, has an open plan kitchen & dining area. Both bedrooms & living area have air conditioning. There is a private car park, useful for those of you who wish to hire a car for all or part of your stay (l can supply details of a local company who will offer a significant discount of there normal rates, depending on the time of year). The apartment is situated on the first floor. a lift is available. We have extra ground floor lock up storage space, by the pool area if required, which is useful for storing beach gear and putting your suitcases away during your stay. You will have your own umbrellas & sun beds which are situated in the storage space. A safe is available for your valuables .Free WiFi, late departure by arrangement (please see details below), discount car hire or taxi service can be arranged. The management agency, who look after the apartment, are based in Paphos & are available 24/7, if you have any queries, problems or emergencies during your vacation. The owners take immense pride in giving you the best service available.

PLEASE NOTE (20/01/25)

I have been advised by the company that manage the apartment, that there is to be a change made for the time for vacating. This is due to the time pressures in getting the turn round completed on the cleaning, when guests depart & arrive on the same day.

It will only make a difference if l have NEW guests arriving the same day as you are leaving. Should that be the case, your departure time will have to be 10.00 am. If l have NO guests arriving on the same day as you are leaving, then the latest time for departure is 12 noon. Please check with me when booking your vacation or closer to your departure time. So l can update you on the situation.

DO note the apartment has a separate 'lock up' storage area on site. This is somewhere where you can store your cases, after leaving the apartment, prior to your transfer to the airport.

We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely apartment. It is well equipped, clean & bright. There are ceiling fans & air con throughout. Good storage. A large secluded balcony over looking pool. Pool area was quiet ( most of the time to ourselves), clean & well maintained, with choice of loungers. Location was excellent. a short walk to tavernas and the bus station from where you can easily access beaches, old town and the harbour.

Lovely clean well cared for apartment, the owners have thought of everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had the lovely (warm pool) to ourselves every day. Communications with the owner Bob were answered promptly when we couldnt turn the washer on (thanks Bob) definitely recommend, short 20mins to Kings shopping mall, 3 mins walk to bars and shops. Can not recommend highly enough. Thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. Ian and Elaine.

A wonderful apartment

My daughter stayed for a week in this very well equipped apartment. It is a great location, only a short walk to all the amenities but quiet and very peaceful. Our host was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful. I have stayed in several VRBO apartments and Bob is by far the most communicative and helpful.

Superb Apartment

We had a really great stay in Bob’s apartment! It is exceptionally comfortable and very tastefully decorated and accessorised. Definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot! If you are looking for a quality apartment in Paphos, then this is the one for you!

Great location

Property is very close to the new bus station for the airport transfer and to travel to other locations. The balcony is good for summer as it doesn’t get too much sun but for winter obviously the sun is always good to have. The pool for sunbathing is available. TV and sofa. Comfortable

Fantastic holiday here, great location pool is super quiet we were practically the only using the pool daily . Great communication with the host bob also can’t fault a thing will definitely be trying to book again for next year . We come to paphos every summer and this has been our favourite stay thank you

Well presented and clean apartment

Lovely clean apartment with comfy beds. Small but well presented complex with a pool. Lots of sunbeds for your own personal use and chairs to take to the beach should you wish.

Great stay in Paphos

Lots to like about this apartment. All as described in listing, clean and comfortable (would have preferred a king sized bed but I am 6'3). Great location, nice quiet pool. Lots of very good and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. We hired a car for the trip, but it is not essential as close bus stops and bike hire. We definitely recommend this property.

Arriving in the dark, it wasnt as easy to find the block and then find my way to the entrance. A couple of extra hints would have helped. Overall the appartment is lovely and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfy. English tv a bonus. The only thing that let it down from being truly luxury was the bedding and towels which were a little tired.

Lovely well equipped apartment

Lovely apartment just off the main strip. Easy access to beach and local buses. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Used the swimming pool daily - we were the only ones to use it. Welcome balcony to sit out on in the heat of the day. Well equipped with everything we needed.

Closely located to historic center and sea boardwalk

Spacious apartment that is ideally situated between Kato Paphos and the historic centre. It was clean but not fully equipped. The kitchen was well equipped with most necessary utensils, however, consumables were in short supply and could be bought up front but it did feel cheap.

Lovely and well located apartment

We had a fantastic family holiday! We picked this location so we wouldn’t need to hire a car, and it was perfect. Location is 20 min walk to harbour area or to the old town (both great areas in the evening). There was a bus from the end of the road that takes you to the very best beach (Coral Bay). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, there is a lovely pool and often nobody else using it so it felt like our very own. The owner has a little lock-up with inflatables, chairs, sun loungers, even buckets and spades if you need them. I would highly recommend this apartment to a family planning a visit to Paphos!!

Great apartment

Great stay but swimming pool was out of operation due to faulty pump maintenance came a few times to fix, on our last day fixed and cleaned pool but told us not to use until next day as needed to check the water the next morning!! Apartment lovely and had everything you need only gripe could not open bedroom or bathroom window as trees sweeping across them and did not want any insects coming in. Loved the area less than 5 minutes walk to tramps bar and restaurant and bus station just past that to take you to harbour, old town or coral bay which was fantastic.

Very Comfortable Apartment

We very much enjoyed our 8 day stay in Bob's apartment. The rooms are spacious and overall well furnished. The couches are comfortable and tv, wifi etc all worked perfectly. The apartment was clean throughout although the cleaning service could do a better service with the washing machine as we had to clean the door rubber before use. Also the extractor fan filter needed replacing. We would have prefered a walk-in shower but we managed without problems. We did miss having a coffee machine. All items for consideration but nothing that spoiled our stay! The complex is tidy with plently of greenery and generally very quiet and close to restaurants and all the neceassary amenities. I enjoyed a swim in the pool every morning. Communications with Bob the owner were excellent. Instructions all very clear. We also felt very safe in this apartment and complex which is of key importance these days. We would definately return to this apartment!

Perfect Paphos…!

Property delivered exactly what we were after. For a family of four, with two under 7, it gave us the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sights of Paphos. As we arrived at night in darkness, we struggled to find the property as not sign not overly clear, but got there in the end (this has nothing to do with Bob and his property), just flagging our experience. The property itself was clean, well equipped and the aircon was so required in the August heat, like a fridge! Location was also fantastic, a few minute walk to some fantastic restaurants and bars, about 15 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes walk to the harbour (or 5 mins and 10 Euros in a taxi). The pool was small but as expected for a small complex, but most days was limited to us and one other family, so nice and quiet. If you are looking for a car and Nestor does not have availability, walk towards Tramps and about half way down on the left is a family car rental place, very helpful and good value (€100 for three days, last minute). A few highlights for us that we thought worthy of sharing:- - Coral Bay, a beautiful beach - Aphrodite Waterpark is a must if you have kids (or even without) - A few of our favourite restaurants (Fat Mamas, Dias Zeus, Three Pigs and Tea for Two and The Kingfisher). - The Harbour, great buzz. We ate here (Sail at Castle), food ok, pricey for quality of food (€32 for Lamb Kebab and Chips) - Walk between the apartment and Harbour All in all, a lovely stay.

The Appartment was very clean and had everything you need, a home from home. The owner was very quick to respond when I asked for the internet code. Very safe area, close to buses, beaches shops, restaurants.. also has a lift right outside door. Perfect! I would recommend.
