- The penthouse apartment is located in a very quiet location between Latsi harbor u. Polis, 3 minutes walk to the natural sandy beach. There are 2 bedrooms large living area with well equipped kitchen, WC u. Bathroom large, partly covered living terrace with unobstructed views over the sea to the Akamas (sunset). Own protected parking space on the ground floor.
The port Latchi is in 10 min. reachable on the beautiful promenade. You will find a supermarket and good fish restaurants, many excursion boats and water sports opportunities. Wonderful hiking trails through the nature parks.
A visit to the reservoirs and the beautiful old villages on the Zedernvally with the beautiful hiking trails is always worthwhile, where you should taste the good Cyprus wine.
