Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom retreat in Margarita Gardens, Kato Paphos!
Just 300 meters from the sea, our stylish apartment offers an ideal blend of coastal bliss and proximity to the lively harbor, historical sites and bar street.
Close to all local amenities such as: bars, restaurants, excursions, car and bike hire, and the Paphos Water-park. You will find all water sports activities nearby. Night-life is well catered at Agiou Antoniou Str. which is also within walking distance.
The space
This small 2 storey complex is located in a prime tourist location.
This open plan apartment comprises a newly fitted kitchen with hob, oven, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery and utensils, dinner table with 2 chairs. Towels and bed linen are provided.
It also includes
the lounge with a sofa bed and 1 armchair, a coffee table, and a wall mounted SMART TV with the newest TV series on Netflix, YouTube, with USB port compatible with most USB storage units, giving you the option to watch your own movies and listen to your music.
The property fits 3 persons The first Bedroom offers double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a large mirror and a fitted wardrobe. The 3rd guest can sleep on the Sofa bed.
Bathroom comprises a bath tub, toilet and wash basin.
2 New Inverter type Air conditions have been fitted in the bedroom and lounge. (They work for both hot and cold air)
Balcony is equipped with a small round table and 2x chairs.
