"As a repeat customer I found it less of a wow that my first trip. I hoped for an early check in to the over water room, but was told none were available, but it seemed they were only using about 20% of those rooms & the remainder were shut up. The gym was small and hot as the aircon was off, & I got an upset stomach from a tuna pizza. I just felt it needed a bit more effort."
