"Crossroads is a good affordable option if you are visiting the St. John's area. With easy access to main roads, it is easy to see why it is popular. Although there isn't a restaurant on site, there are a number of options a short drive away. My favourite feature of the rooms on floor 2 is the little balcony."

"I didn't have any real issues with this hotel. It's a nice place and in regards to facilities... it's what you expect from most nicer hotels. Rooms are nice... there's a restaurant... fitness center... pool... etc. etc. etc. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The location is convenient as it's right beside the downtown area and you can see the harbour! The only caution I will give is that the parking lot is very busy! While we were able to park there every night of our stay... one night I had to park in an area of the lot that technically wasn't a marked parking spot. Also wish there was breakfast included. My understanding is the only people who are provided breakfast are those who stay in the club house rooms at the top floor of the hotel. You can pay to get access to breakfast but the charge is some huge fee that didn't sound worth it."
