"Authentic Big Island stay. Be advised it is listed as a Ranch on The Big Island it is not close to Hilo nor Kona. It is close to Black Sand And Green Sand Beaches. The price is as good as you can hope for. The hosts are quick to return your communication and are helpful and flexible. Very peaceful stay recommend the local farmer’s market and take in the epic sights."

"Home was very clean and neat. The backyard view was amazing! The pool was a bit cold but on a very sunny day the water temp is perfect. Very quiet and safe area, theres no stores close by so make sure you stock up on groceries and drinks."

"The property was at the end of a long, bumpy road which felt a little less convenient but still in a good area with easy access to town. We were a little confused about where the door to the Vrbo was but figured it out pretty easily. The Vrbo had plenty of space and luxuries to accommodate guests. We really liked the reclining couch in the living room and how private our stay felt despite the owner living in the main house. The only thing of note is probably the ants, we had our suitcases open on top of a dresser and by the last day there were more than a few ants inside them even though there was no food left out. Overall, a solid Vrbo to explore the Southern part of the island! "

"My family stayed at 'The Aloha Green House' Retreat w/ Ocean Views! at of our recent vacation on the Big Island, and we had an amazing visit! The location is amazing—complete with beautiful views of the ocean—which was especially nice in the morning as we were getting started with our day. On a clear night, it would also be a fantastic spot to star gaze. The space is beautifully furnished, meticulously maintained, and had everything our family of four could have wanted or needed. We made great use of the beach towels, chairs, mat, and toys. There were also lawn games and toys, which we didn't really use, but it was nice to know that our host thought to provide them. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. So, overall it was a 5 star experience for our family and we would visit again in a heartbeat! I can envision that this would also be a great spot for a romantic getaway. Honestly, we were sad that we didn't get to spend as much time in the space as we would have liked. We would have loved to have had a "down day" to spend and just enjoy the space."
