"Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice man at the front desk named Chase. He was friendly and helped me with my luggage. Upon entering my room it was average. The rug was not very clean and the bathroom floor could have used a good steam. The people next door were extremely loud, banging on the walls ,children screaming and doors open and closing. I didn’t have breakfast because I was unable to find it. I was concerned about the parking lot. It was shared with surrounding homes and was very dark. As a single female and handicapped I was a nervous. The next night I asked if I could park In front of the area near the lobby and it they said ok. I was greatly relieved. My last night was again the loud noises of the people in the next room, screaming banging and slamming of doors. I called the front desk and they did come up to speak with them and it was fine. I was not impressed with this place and would not go back. "

"I had to vacuum my own room because we had no room service for 3 days. Food was over priced and there wasn’t any options. I paid 65 dollars for parking and had to stay out past 1 am waiting for a parking spot to open up to then get to bed. Will not returning here again first and last experience. Also for two thousand dollars for a room more is to be expected I’ve spent less in other places and have gotten more. "

"My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. "
