Perfect location

We really loved the place especially for its location. The house need a bit of renovation especially the outside veranda, furniture, barbeque, sunbeds and definitely pergola. Its so beautiful in terms of location and comfort that a touch of good taste and aesthetics will make this place the dream destination for everybody.

Wonderful Villa

Lovely Villa, very well equipped (although an oven glove would have been nice to have !) A brilliant location. straight onto the coast and a variety of nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. House was very clean, and comfortable furnishings. Host was very easy to contact and came immediately when we had a problem trying to unlock the main front door! Would definitely book again.

The best vacation ever!

It’s our third time visiting Protaras and a second time staying on this villa. Last time we were here 7 years ago, and I should say it becomes even better. Villa is fully equipped with everything you might need: microwave, dishwasher, even toaster. The terrace is very cozy and has an awesome fire/grill place. Also the terrace has an additional shower to wash up the salty water when you’re coming from the beach which 50!!! meters from the villa. I want to tell more about the beach. Not only that it’s right outside the villa’s yard but it is also one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to. And you practically have it to yourself, there are mostly the neighbors who go there and some locals I guess. The water is clear and if you grab a mask with you, you can see the rocks and fish which is fascinating to watch. If you’re lucky you can even spot a tortuous. We’ve seen a few while staying there. Perfect location, awesome villa, best place in Protaras. Highly recommend and I hope we’ll come back some day

Very good location. There are some issues with the condition of the house that need repairs, and the gardening. otherwise a very good house with a very nice view and close to the beach.
