Alluring 2 bedroom apartment in luxury apartment complex less than 10 minutes’ walk from the sea. This luxury seaside complex has two swimming pools, one Olympic sized, a fenced children’s playground, a sports field, and a tennis court, all for resident use. Located in the year-round resort of Kapparis, the apartment is only 2 minutes away from many restaurants, shops, and pubs.



The nearest beach, Malama, is known for having beautiful clean and calm water with soft sand at the center and natural limestone sides for a scenic view and tranquil waters year-round. The beach has a popular beach bar for food and refreshment during your time at the beach. Also in Kapparis are taxi and car rental companies and on the main bus lines of the area, there is no need to have a vehicle at this great seaside getaway.

Wonderful holiday, felt so comfortable and at home, children really loved it too.

Everything! Great location, amazingly well kept apartments with everything you need. Pools were immaculate with a large children’s pool as well as a good sized adults only pool and wonderful lounge area. Was great, photos are an exact likness to what you get. Perfect. Nothing!
