Phaedrus Living: Seaside Luxury Villa Anafi

Luxury Seaside Villa in Protaras (literally by the beach) only a few seconds away from Malama beach and Kalifi Bar. Located at the seaside resort of Protaras, Phaedrus Living Anafi Villa offers spacious and fully equipped accommodation. The sandy beach of Protaras is located 50m from the beach, while taverns, bars and super markets can be found within walking distance.

The tastefully furnished villa consist of 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, dining and living area. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player and washing machine. Large sliding doors lead to the patio area offering sun beds, chairs and a table featuring stunning seas views of the bay.

All parts of the villa are available to the guests.

The lively town of Ayia Napa is 10 km away. The National Park of Cave Greco is at 8 km and it is suitable for outdoor activities, such as hiking, horse riding and swimming. Larnaca Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Wi-Fi access and on-site parking are provided free of charge.

Private parking place is available at the villa. We will guide all our guest right outside the place.

- All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival.
- No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion.
- Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property
- Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft.
- In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest
- Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to Cyprus Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario.
- Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests.
- At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.
- Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability.
Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation.
- If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
