This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located just 5 minutes walk from Protaras centre. This is an excellent villa option for families and group of friends who want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, whilst staying in a quiet and relaxing location.

Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living and kitchen area with seating for 6 persons. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. Patio doors lead out to the pool and garden area. There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The family bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower.

Outside, the villa has a large private pool and spacious garden area with sun loungers and patio furniture, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer.
