    This impressive and recently renovated 3-bedroom villa is located in the ideal area of Pernera, within walking distance of the beautiful Kalamies Beach and Pernera Beach, as well as a wide range of local amenities. Surrounded by a great selection of bars, restaurants, and shops that the area has to offer, it provides the perfect combination of comfort and convenience for a relaxing holiday.

    As you enter the Wind of Love Villa, you are welcomed by a bright and modern open-plan living area that combines the lounge, dining space and kitchen. The comfortable living room features a spacious sofa and a large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Large sliding doors fill the space with natural light and provide direct access to the outdoor area and the private swimming pool. The stylish dining area is ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends, while the fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    On the first floor, you will find the main family bedroom and the two others bathrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
