Also on the ground floor, guests will find a comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom, perfect for anyone preferring step-free access or additional privacy.

Upstairs, the villa offers two further spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Both rooms provide privacy, comfort, and a calm atmosphere, ideal for restful nights after sunny days by the pool or beach.

House Rules & Guidelines

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: from 4 pm

Check-out: by 10 am
If you need flexibility, please request this in advance.

Pool Use & Safety

Pool hours: 7 am – 8 pm

Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty).

Children must always be supervised.

No diving or running in the pool area.

Please shower before entering the pool.

Glass containers are not allowed near the pool.

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm – 7 am.

Guests & Gatherings

Only registered guests may stay at the villa.

No parties or large gatherings.

The number of guests must not exceed the beds booked.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Outdoors, please use designated areas and dispose of cigarette butts safely.

Cleanliness & Waste

Please keep the villa tidy during your stay.

All trash must be taken to the bins located at the entrance of the complex.

Clean the BBQ after use.

Damage & Responsibility

Please report any damage immediately.

Missing or broken items will be charged.

Safety & Legal Advice

Note the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

In case of fire, exit immediately and call 112.

Do not leave candles or open flames unattended.

Please respect local laws and neighborhood rules.

Departure Checklist

Before you leave, kindly:

Leave the house tidy.

Take all trash to the bins at the entrance of the complex.

Lock all doors and windows.

Turn off all lights and appliances.

Return keys to the lockbox or designated area.

There are public bus connections from Larnaca Airport to Protaras with a change along the way. Please check current routes and timetables here:

By Taxi:
Taxis are available at Larnaca Airport. The ride to Protaras usually takes around 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic. For peace of mind, we recommend confirming the fare with your driver before departure.

Airport Pickup Service:
For extra convenience, we can also arrange an airport pickup and return service at an additional cost. If you’d like to book this, please let us know at least 7 days before your arrival.
