Welcome to Villa Kohili, a charming 3-bedroom villa located in the heart of Pernera, just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Kalamies Beach. This modest and convenient villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.



The villa includes a generously sized master bedroom, a second double bedroom, and a third bedroom equipped with two large single beds. All bedrooms share a full bathroom, while an additional full shower bathroom is available on the ground floor.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer, coffee machine, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Outside, you’ll find a private pool surrounded by a privacy fence, perfect for sunbathing or a refreshing dip.
