Second stay to Vrissiana. We had a great time last holiday so chose to revisit due to its great location to the strip and beach and the fact it was half board with great food. Welcoming reception staff and Dining staff once again went over and above and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. What let the holiday down was the condition of the room. Room needed simple repairs and the bathroom needed renovation.

Beautiful location/surroundings. Easy to get around from there by foot or car. Lovely, friendly & informative/helpful staff. Welcoming, home-like feel. Safe. Gorgeous views - beach, sunrise from hotel balcony. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Very nice food and friendly kitchen/restaurant staff. Absolutely loved my stay so much I extended. 10/10. I have to praise the girls at the reception. They were polite, checked me in early and allowed me a late check out with a smile. The hotel is aging and it is obvious. The beds are old but have a top layer that makes them adequate. As the hotel was not at full capacity there were plenty of sunbeds and the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was not packed. The food however was just ok. There was something for everyone but nothing special. Just a buffet to fill-up. Around the pool no one was taking orders but I don't know if this was because of covid measures. The hotel tries to follow the covid regulations but ultimately this is up to the guests. The beach out front is probably one of the best. To conclude the hotel is in need of a good renovation and a food upgrade and they should also consider a few additions that would please their guests. A bottle of water in the room and a couple of fruits will not lower the hotel's profit that much but is a nice touch. And in 2021 declaring that there is a charge for using the internet in the rooms and for the use of the refrigerator is a disappointment to say the least. I was not charged for either but it is written so on the welcome letter. That's a big "NO".

A good stay with excellent service from the staff, modern and clean hotel in a fab location. The one criticism we would have would be the quality of their breakfast, it was abit disappointing being a 4*

The hotel is located right on the beach and in the center of town. The hotel is deserving of a 3 star rating at most. The air conditioning was terrible and not strong enough for room sizes. The hallways had dirty carpets with rollaway beds stored right outside the elevators. I felt as this hotel is stuck in the 90’s still. It’s ok if you’re looking for a quick getaway, but definitely not a “4 star resort” feel.

Great location and wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! On downside was our bathroom (toilet) was so dirty, it was disgusting. I had to clean it myself just to be sure it was properly cleaned. Other then that, the food was good and we really enjoyed our stay. The Beach in beautiful!
