The Palacio hotel was a decent 3 star hotel. The rooms were simple, but functional. The staff was friendly and breakfasts were above average. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the street because it can get a bit noisy early in the morning.
The area was business friendly and accessible to food outlets and supermarket

A preserved historic building , spacious rooms and bathroom . Friendly staff very attentive , great breakfast menu. And good rest , I won’t hesitate to stay here again
Friendly, feel at home environment. Location is very interesting, walkable for more good things to discover. All what is important is there: good breakfast, service friendly staff. A place to come back to, at a next visit to Paramaribo.
Location is absolutely perfect, you’ll be in the most beautiful part of the town within a short walking distance to all key attractions and restaurants / bars. Rooms are very clean & staff are friendly. Highly recommending!
The location of Hotel Palacio couldn't be better. It is in the heritage district and easily accessible to food, transportation, and attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, especially Rochelle. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to be helpful. Rochelle truly knows hospitality (!!), but the entire staff was amazing. This is definitely THE place to stay in downtown Paramaribo.
This was a very nice experience, the hotel is situated very close to the eating and shopping area which is very convenient. Supermarket is near by bank as well. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Place is very nice.
Great staff: they were helpful and accommodating. Hotel does not have a lot of aminities, but is in a great location - walking distance to a lot of places. I would recommend this place and definitely stay here again.
The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback was that there is no in room safe to keep your passport and other valuables secure.

Staff friendly and very helpful and always available if you needed them. Great lounge areas in reception. Room was nice a big with desk and chairs, beds slightly hard but I prefer that too soft. Only downside is all the noises you hear within the hotel, so other people’s bathrooms, the A/C humming from other rooms from outside your room, ear plugs a must, very quiet once everyone’s asleep. Excellent location
