About this property

My Little House Azul on the Santa Cristina Riviera, Dam XIII

  • Beautiful single-story house in a wonderful gated community, brand new, cosy, surrounded by greenery, with tasteful decor in a modern Provençal style. Very close to the Yacht Club, on a main paved street. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, one of which is a suite. Indoor gourmet area where you can prepare your barbecue even on rainy or cold days. Come and spend super pleasant days in a paradisiacal place.

    We will draw up a contract for this and will request information such as ID, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), full address with postcode, and email. It will also be necessary to provide the details of all guests, including children, as well as information about the vehicles that will be used, licence plates and makes/models. After the stay, the data will be completely deleted.

    We require a security deposit of R$ 500.00, which is refunded one to two days after check-out and after inspection.
