"A well maintained room (regularly cleaned, fresh towels etc), with a lovely view from the balcony. I only saw staff on my arrival following a 30 minute wait ( no answer to my phone calls). While this wasn't really an issue during my stay, a higher visibility/availability might be needed at some point."

"Me and my elderly dad had a great week here. Perfect location on the beach with a great pool. All kept very clean. The spa was great too. The staff were wonderful and accommodating and the rooms had great balconies to sit and read. The only thing which could be improved was the food offered - just not as nice as other places and the shower in the bathroom was a bit of a pain - try to shower without turning your bathroom into a swimming pool! We would definitely return and would recommend this hotel. No problems for my dad walking around the complex and he loved his week there."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location, very close to a nice beach and plenty of nice restaurants. The hotel is on the side of a hill but there is a lift from the ground floor, up to reception, the rooms, the restaurant and the elevated pool area . Fantastic views from every area of the hotel, including from every room. Overlooking the village below the surrounding countryside and the sea. The rooms are beautifully finished and if, like us, you manage to book a room with it's own plunge pool, it is a little haven of peace and luxury. Breakfast is lovely with almost anything you could want. Really nice. The restaurant serves a variety of really nice food. The pool is a good size with enough sun loungers for all guests, a bar and, again,.magnificent views. The sunbeds are the best, and most comfortable, that I have ever seen All of this is enough to justify the hotels fantastic reviews but the icing on the cake is the staff who are all exceptional. This is really well managed hotel and the manager personally goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have the very best holiday experience. I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"Excellent friendly service and looks better than in the photos. Pool was perfect for a 5 year old. Arrived early and left late and the staff were happy for us to hang out and use pool/shower, which made it very relaxed."

"We have just left a perfect week at Villa Albanis. It was ideally situated for many tavernas and bars with easy access to bus stop 15 to travel about the Island. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment on the 1st floor with lovely views over the pool and pine trees. It was very clean and serviced daily by a lovely lady who always greeted us with a friendly face. She also helped us arrange a return taxi to the airport. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend."

"We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs - perhaps this is something that could’ve kept on top of. Overall, a great stay at Margi House!"
Atrium Hotel

"The hotel is situated on the side of a hill which offers great panoramic views across the bay. There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. We had a room which also included a shared pool with an adjoining appointment. The room itself was nice, It was clean and comfortable. The children were sleeping on the mezzanine above us which worked well however had caution younger children using this because the steps and ladders are very steep. The staff across the complex in particular the restaurants and bar staff were fantastic. Food at the restaurant was great and we ate there a couple of times, including the barbecue. Breakfast was a little disappointing as there wasn’t that much choice in terms of hot food. Would recommend walking into the restaurants and bars at the bottom of the hill as you come out of the hotel. Pork and roll specifically was one of our favourites. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the hotel down quite a steep path, again those with accessibility may struggle. It’s a nice beach though once you get down though."
