Minha estadia de 4 dias no Hotel Atrium foi simplesmente horrorosa. O Wi-Fi não funcionava de forma alguma, mesmo após várias tentativas dos atendentes de resolver o problema, eles tentaram contato com a equipe de TI, mas sem sucesso. O pior foi o estado da água do chuveiro: com cheiro forte e cor marrom nos primeiros minutos. Eu estava recém-operado, com pontos ainda cicatrizando, e infelizmente um dos cortes infeccionou, muito provavelmente devido à má qualidade da água. Sinceramente, foi uma experiência péssima e extremamente frustrante, especialmente em um momento em que eu precisava de conforto e cuidados mínimos. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

Il y a mieux à Parauapebas

Service lent et incompétent, du restaurant jusqu'à la réception. Chambre bruyante, en bord de l'avenue principale de la ville. Dommage car la structure de l'hôtel est bonne avec piscine et salle de gym, et l'emplacement est pratique pour tous les déplacements. Il y a de meilleures options.

Faltou água pela manhã quando eu ia tomar banho e escovar os dentes 😔o chuveiro precisa ser trocado pois os jatos de água são muito irregulares, pra quem não se importa em molhar os cabelos sempre não tem problema mas pra mim isso de serem irregulares faz muita diferença até por que não é um hotel com taxas baixas e tem conforto como adjetivo, o horário do café da manhã também não me agradou pois termina às 9 da manhã e realmente acho muito cedo poderia ficar pelo menos até as 10 da manhã, o atendimento na recepção foi satisfatório, a organização do hotel também não é boa, a roupa de cama também não me agradou.
