"We bought breakfast buffet and the food was ok, but the croisants and dry goods were a bit stale. The staff did not clean our rooms properly or provide fresh towels and toiletries daily. The restaurant was good. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for our stay as they said they only opened it Fridays - Sundays. Enough people ended up complaining that they opened the pool Thursday. We got to swim once over the course of our 3 night stay, as we checked out Friday morning. Exterior needs heavy duty clean up after winter. Interior common areas also needs better maintenance. They seemed to keep the front entrance, lobby and restaurant clean though. Overall, I would give it 3 out of 5 Stars maximum."
