"Front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean. But, I stayed for 9 nights and my room was only cleaned and stocked once. I had to take my trash out and ask for towels and TP."

"EMAN5493W I would say this Hotel was well placed for visiting Sacre Coeur, The Eiffel Tour, Louvre etc. Uber is the best way to travel averaging €15 per trip. Shame the hotel doesn’t offer dinner, however, there are a huge choices of restaurants down from the hotel. Reception was very welcoming and the rooms tidy if small. I feel that nearly €300 per night is a little excessive and I would rate it excellent but not outstanding."

"No porters, the staff mostly spoke only in French. No introduction to the amenities. With a child it's not a place to be"

"I was told by one employee that breakfast was included and a different employee charged me during my check out for said breakfast so I’m not sure what to make of that. Besides that everything was great."
