"Amazing hotel with excellent service. Actually its been a very long time since I've experienced service this good. Very nice hotel, great pool/spa area, both indoor and outdoor. Poolside bar service was great although expensive. Room was a good size and very nice. Robes for the Spa/pool also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again."

"Room showed its age. Pull out sofa bed mattress was but a few inches thick; our 45lb child complained they could feel the metal bed frame through the mattress, so I can’t imagine an adult using it. Also, avoid rooms near the pool, which gets rather noisy until it closes at ~9pm and can be heard from inside the room. On the positive side, the location cannot be beat with walkout access to Tremblant’s village centre."

"Everything was great, only expected a patio. Not all the rooms have them. The lockers were amazing, parking was excellent. Accessed the lifts out the door and maybe 40 metres. Perfect!"

"Everything was very nice except….the bed was terrible…..the mattress was on Wooden planks that make terrible noise each and every time you moved didn’t sleep well at all!!! Other than that very nice accommodation…have to change there beds though. "

"Encounters with staff were efficient and enjoyable. The location is perfect for access to the gondola and the pedestrian village. The dishwasher in the room was as in horrible condition, several functions were inoperable and it was incredibly noisy. We had a ground floor room and it had an ant problem even though it was winter. The hotel no longer provides a roll of paper towels and there was no can opener. Given that it is a full kitchen unit, more baking and serving dishes, like bowls and platters, are required. We had to bring too many things from home. "

"Overall the house was very good, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this place for its location and price. To note for the winter, the stairs outside leading from the driveway to the front door were slippery on arrival due to lots of snow accumulated and sand could have been added. Also an indication for what kind of wood to use in the fireplace would have been beneficial as I did have to confirm this."
