Great basement apartment in the middle of the island of Rügen in the outskirts of a village near mountains
Welcome to the Weißgräber family,
centrally located on the island of Rügen, the capital of the island within sight.
Ideal for couples holidays, Störtebecker Festival (only 8 km away), short trips and long-term stays, not suitable for the disabled due to stairs.
Apartment size: 30 sqm Possibility of additional bed: for max. 2 people + 2 people suitable,
Pets: are not welcome in the apartment,
Smokers: are allowed to smoke outside, a canopy protects against rain,
Children: feel at home in our private playground with rush and co. well,
Parents: Here you can relax, grill and let your mind wander.
Cyclists: With a covered lockable outbuilding for your bicycles

The apartment is located in the basement of a privately used terraced house, built in 1987/88. There are parking spaces for 2 cars in front of the property, 1 additional parking space on the property.
A footpath takes you up several stairs to the apartment entrance.
Your children have already discovered our rabbits, guinea pigs and the playground.
After entering the apartment you are in the kitchen. A mini kitchen with 2 burners, a microwave with grill, a pizza oven (to bake up rolls etc.) as well as dishes, pots and pans as well as a kettle and coffee machine are of course available. The fridge with ice compartment is of course ready for use immediately, this also offers an ice compartment.
In addition to the shower and toilet, the small bathroom naturally also has a mirror cabinet.
In the bright living room there is the possibility of an extra bed on a corner couch. The lying area corresponds to that of a double bed.
WiFi (fiber optic), satellite TV, DVD player and a mini hi-fi system complete the equipment.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The free travel cot for children can also be set up here. Since 2016 you can stay here in the bedroom at the foot of the chalk coast without getting your feet wet.

Changing mat, a travel cot, reduced toilet seat, high chair.
A maximum of 2 children up to 10 years can stay with us free of charge.
On our fenced property you will find a terrace for barbecuing, sunbathing and relaxing. Your children can use all playground equipment on the property under your supervision, including sandpit, slide and swing.
Access to the petting zoo with 2 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs is only possible in our presence.
In the annex you will find a grill and the seat covers for the garden furniture. There is also space here for your borrowed or brought bicycles. (A bike rental is 1 km away at the entrance to the town)

Die Ferienwohnung war toll und hatte allen Komfort. Die Fewo- Besitzer waren sehr nett und gaben uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps. Sehr schön. Kommen gerne wieder hier her.
Sehr nette Vermieter, toll gelegen, tipptopp Wohnung - diese würde ich sofort wieder buchen.
(Nur die Kommunikation über und durch fewo-direkt war zwischenzeitlich schwierig bis gar nicht möglich.)
Sehr ruhige Lage, zentral gelegen man erreicht alle Ziele auf der Insel schnell Wohnung ist klein aber fein man hat das maximale aus dem vorhandenen Raum gemacht kommen gerne wieder
Ruhige und sehr schön und sauber eingerichtete Unterkunft für zwei Personen mit einer sehr netten Vermieterfamilie. Wer nicht unbedingt in Wassernähe und im Trubel sein Urlaubsdomozil wählen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Die zentrale Lage ist super , man ist schnell an verschiedenen Orten der Insel . Die FeWo ist ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet .
FeWo ist mit allem was man so im Urlaub braucht ausgestattet.
Sogar ein DvD Player ist vorhanden um bei ollem Wetter mal ein gemütlichen Filmnachmittag zu machen.
Wir können nicht klagen, uns hat es gefallen und können uns vorstellen dort noch einmal zu buchen.
Eine schöne kleine Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet, die man so braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer für ein nettes Schwätzchen zu haben. Das kleine Örtchen war sehr ruhig und trotzdem kann man von hier aus alles sehenswerte in kurzer Zeit erreichen mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Also sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Sehr schöne Souterrain-Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nur wenige Kilometer von der Inselhauptstadt Bergen entfernt.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
