"Das Appartement hat die 5/5 Sterne wirklich ohne Abzüge verdient. Bei uns hat von vorne bis hinten alles gestimmt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage ist super und wer gerne Saunen geht hat hier den perfekten Aufenthalt. Aber auch das Drumherum, wie der Service der Vermieter und die damit verbunden Angebote wie das Frühstück oder freie Schwimmbadeintritte machen den Aufenthalt zu einem wirklich schönen Urlaub."

"This apartment is very well-kept, in a beautiful town and owned by a lovely man named Luis. Our only complaints are that there was zero soap in the apartment (no dish or hand soap), and that the booking agency Bookiply (through whom your communications are eventually directed from Expedia) provided zero accurate information about arrival instructions. "Exceptional hotel. Lovely wooden architecture. Very friendly and helpful staff who even started breakfast early for us. Large, bright rooms. Right in the centre of town. Would 100% recommend. Great breakfast too."

"The front desk staff and the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). We booked through expedia and the hotel manager went out of his way to reimburse the first night, although it was non-refundable. The hotel was very understanding and empathetic towards us. We got our money back within 2 days, all thanks to the manager. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Bolzano. This hotel also offers the most convenient location and a rooftop restaurant where you can have an amazing breakfast with a breathtaking view of Bolzano town center. The room and the amenities are new and modern. We will no doubt to stay again if we go back to Bolzano."

"The remote location and stunning views of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking! The staff at this hotel are wonderful and cater to your every whim. We enjoyed the top rated breakfast and Tea time that was included with our reservation. The cuisine is outstanding and farm to table fresh. We had an issue with our room but they dealt with it expediently and upgraded us to a wonderful suite. I would highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel."
