"Casa dos Loios is delightful. The location is right in the heart of things, easy to find your way around. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a lovely outside sitting area on which to eat. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, with good restaurant recommendations and help interpreting train schedules and directions. Would definitely stay here again should we be so lucky to visit Porto a second time!"

"You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time. Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast."
