"We were very well received by the host Nuno, who served lunch and gave a good introduction to the place. We had easily contact with the host, who managed our few requests without hessitation. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The house and garden had fantastic facilities with lot of space, swimmingpool and a billard table. During hot weather the house is nice and cool, but somewhat dark. All together we had a fantastic stay"

The owners are super friendly and always available for information on the area and to provide their own wine and produce which is superb, nothing was to much trouble.We all enjoyed the pool especially our children that were in it from the moment they got up until bed. "My wife and I stayed a week with our two dogs. The garden is fully enclosed so the dogs could just wander about. The pool area is also fenced off so the dogs can’t go in. And yes the pool really is heated and it was wonderful. You do need a car to explore the area. We went into the mountains to explore the waterfalls on some days and down to the various beaches on others. Thanks to Manuel for being a wonderful host. We hope to come back in the future."
