Amazing pool with comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings.
We had an amazing holiday here. The pool is huge and the gardens are beautiful with lots of shaded areas to sit and eat. Carmen was very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome and gave us all the privacy we needed - the perfect host. A thoroughly relaxing time and a great location for exploring nearby towns like Braga, Aveiro and Porto. A wonderful place to stay!

Isolated paradise
Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere, you need a car and knowledge of Portugese as locally taxi drivers dont speak a word of English. The bar and supermarket are with walking distance very cheap but basic.

Lovely gardens and fabulous private pool!
A fantastic base to explore Northern Portugal from, Carmen's property had everything we were looking for. The private pool is massive and is wonderful to cool down in after a day's exploring or simply spending the day sunbathing and relaxing. The grounds are beautiful, full of fruit trees and grapevines. It was a short drive to the train station to hop on a train and spend the day in Porto (just over €4 return... far less stressful than driving in Porto!). Also there are plenty of restaurants about a 15 minute drive away in Parades and Penefiel. There's a cafe about a minutes walking distance and a fabulous wine bar a 10 minute walk away. Carmen lives on the property in a separate house and was always available to answer any queries or give suggestions on places to visit.

Un agréable séjour
Carmen est une personne très accueillante et gentille. Sa maison est juste incroyable, beau jardin, belle piscine. Bref nous avons passé un superbe séjour au Portugal, pour ses paysages, monuments etc..... et aussi grâce à Carmen. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner prochainement. Encore merci . Embora a localização não seja a melhor, por falta de suporte turístico "local", é um espaço ideal para descansar, aproveitar o verde da natureza, e o azul da bela piscina. A repetir.

Notre séjour chez Carmen a été très agréable. Le domaine de Carmen est propice au calme et au repos. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort et avons profité de la piscine sans limite. A 25 min de l'aéroport et à 20 min du centre de Porto, le domaine est idéalement situé. Carmen est une personne très accueillante. Dès notre arrivée Carmen nous avait préparé un panier bien garnis (pains, confiture, lait...) qui nous assurait un bon petit déjeuner le lendemain matin ! Carmen est une belle personne qui sera en soucis de votre bien-être ! Une chose est sure, nous reviendrons ! Jean-Sylvain et Madison

Belíssimo jardim com uma maravilhosa piscina.
A propriedade é aconchegante com uma extensa área verde e com uma esplêndida piscina inserida em um ambiente relaxante. A proprietária e’ muito gentil e discreta. A nossa estadia foi muito agradável e pensamos em retornar ainda no futuro.
