With 2 queen beds & 2 bunk beds in the main house, and 2 bunk beds & 1 futon in the sleepout, this spacious, elevated beach house is big enough to accommodate a large group or 2 families comfortably. The separate sleepout with TV is located down an outdoor staircase below the house & is a perfect space for the kids to hang out.
A fully equipped kitchen & expansive outdoor deck with BBQ & plenty of seating space is perfect for entertaining.
Located just a 2 minute walk from a secluded beach & public boat ramp, the house has ample parking space for your boat as well as an outdoor fish filleting sink & outdoor shower for added convenience after a long day out in the bays.
