  • The apartment is located in a 3* tourist residence on the edge of the lake of Biscarosse-Parentis. The banks of the lake (direct access) offer a fine sandy beach, a sailing school, a playground, boat and pedal boat rental... The lake is classified in 2nd category and the small marina offers the possibility to rent a pontoon.
    The residence offers an aquatic space of 1000M2 with an outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool, a covered swimming pool (which can be opened) heated with paddling pool, swimming corridor, whirlpool. A fitness area is also available. The bar-restaurant welcomes you for lunch and dinner and offers you take-away meals.
    For your peace of mind and the safety of your children the residence is fenced.
    You will be ideally located to visit the region: Atlantic coast at 17km with surf club, duene du Pila at 30Km, Arcachon at 40Km.

séjour agréable et reposant

Appartement très bien entretenu, bien placé concernant la piscine. Il donne sur le parking de la réception ce qui peut être un peu bruyant. Notre séjour a été très agréable avec un accueil chaleureux de la part de Jean-Paul dans une résidence calme et familiale. Nous avons pu découvrir les plages de Mimizan et Biscarosse idéalement. Einfache Unterkunft in schöner Anlage

Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und reicht für einen Badeurlaub prima. Bei mehr als 2 Kindern muss klar sein, dass die Betten 5+6 im Flur, direkt an der Haustüre stehen & nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt werden können. Schrank oder anderweitig Stauraum ist hier gar nicht vorhanden. Der ist insgesamt knapp, auch für Küchenvorräte, Spiele etc. Ist das Wetter mal nicht so gut und man ist mit allen in der Wohnung ist es schon sehr beengt. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Hunde dürfen ebenfalls mitgebracht werden:-) Für Ausflüge sollte man durchaus bereit sein, längere Autofahren in Kauf zu nehmen. Jean Paul, der Verwalter, ist sehr nett und hat uns bei einem defekt des Kühlschrankes direkt geholfen. Er spricht allerdings ausschließlich französisch und wenig Englisch, Kommunikation ist also eine Herausforderung, wenn man nicht gut französisch spricht. Hände, Füße und Online-Übersetzung machen es aber möglich :-) Leider haben die Vormieter das Geschirr ziemlich schmuddelig hinterlassen und mit einem Geschirrtuch auf 2 Wochen mit 5 Personen kommt man auch nicht so gut hin. Die Anlage insgesamt, insbesondere der Poolbereich und die Poolbar / Restaurant sind aber top ! Alles sauber und gepflegt, die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett. Parken ist kein Problem! Wäsche kann im Waschraum gegen 6€/Ladung gewaschen werden. Trockner 3€. Es sind sehr große Industriemaschinen, die ratzfatz fertig sind. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub mit kleineren Abstrichen.

Es sind nur 2 abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Ein Etagenbett befindet sich neben dem Eingang auf dem Weg in das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenecke ohne Trennung und kann nicht als Schlafzimmer bezeichnet werden. Wifi ist nur für 1 Gerät kostenlos. Für eine Woche kostet die Benutzung 20 €. Der Empfang war sehr nett mit 1 Brot und Blumen in einer Vase. Das Essen im Lokal der Anlage ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Super appartement

L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien vous êtes comme à la maison!! Très propre. L'emplacement idéal juste à côté de la piscine et de l'accueil et la laverie. Accès direct au lac vous pourrez faire de superbe photo avec le couché du soleil. Le seul bémol que nous ayons eu c'est les voisins bruyant au dessus ( chaise qui fesais un bruit fou à chaque déplacement) mais nous n'étions pas souvent là donc sa nous a gêner que quelque fois
