The location is good, and the rooms are fine. That’s the end of the positives. The staff is unhelpful, the “room service” was embarrassing (literally heated up food in glass pots), there is no concierge service (we asked them to book multiple restaurants and they either told us to do it ourselves or didn’t respond at all to emails), and the management doesn’t care to assist. To top it off, we had a flight cancelled and had to arrive two days late. Management was intransigent about the “no cancellations” policy and charged us fully for those two days. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 5 star service. It’s not even 2 stars. Dreadful.

Would absolutely stay again. Centrally located just off the Champs-Élysées, close to everything. The staff here were exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel is impeccably clean, modern and rooms are beautifully finished with every detail taken care of.

Amazing location, very clean, fantastically quiet considering the proximity to Champs Elysees, and the staff were very friendly and tried to help where they could. Aside from the bedrooms, which are high-end, there are no other facilities at the hotel, and the small bar is shared with the restaurant which means it is always full

This Hotel was recently renovated to perfection, the location is amazing just a 2 min walk to champs elysees and minutes from Arc De Triomphe. Everybody is extremely professional and pleasant and it was a joy to stay there. We Highly recommend it.

There were two wardrobes in our room, there were internal lights that never went off. So at night time, when you wanted to block out the lights, these lights kept you awake. However, my husband climbed inside the wardrobes and stuffed them with pillows and clothes to smother the lighting and make the room darker and better for sleep. We did tell the staff about this a few times; they said each time there were going to sort out the problem and they didn't. I think someone should have communicated back to us that there was nothing they could do about the lights in the bedroom. We asked if they could turn the lights off or remove a battery.

For the price we were paying we expected exceptional customer service. After complaining about a fault in our two single beds that kept moving because they were on wheels and a smell coming from the vent in my room the lady at reception asked me very rudely what do you expect me to do about it. I told her that she needs to send maintenance up to the room. We arrived early for check in and asked if there were any facilities in the hotel that we can stay to enjoy in the hotel in the meantime. The lady told us that we could use the toilet. It turns out there was a restaurant which was closed at the time, a gym and a seating area. I would have expected someone to atleast be on the bar as this was 1pm. The TV was not a smart TV so we could not enjoy that. The lighting in the room was poor for a room that size, it constantly felt dark no matter how wide open the curtains were and lights switched on. This hotel was not value for money at all. The customer service was really poor. I also asked the lady at reception for a double bed and she said she only had two singles, even though we requested a double when we booked. Only later to find out from the cleaning lady that she could merge the two beds together. We had an unpleasant sleep the first two nights and it could have been fixed straight away if the lady at reception was not so uninterested.

There were so many great perks to this property. 1) great staff- informative and provided great hospitality; 2) great location- conveniently located to Champs Elysées and to Eiffel Tour but without the noise and hustle and bustle of being in a touristy area; 3) cleanliness- clean property and prompt room service
