Located in an old Parisian building, rue Jacques Callot in the heart of St-Germain des Près in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, opposite the iconic restaurant "La Palette", this 50m² apartment enjoys an exclusive location and invites you to stay closer to the cultural activity of Paris.

On the first floor without elevator, this 2 bedroom recently refreshed is composed of an entrance, a large dining kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an office and a separate WC. Please note that the apartment doesn't have a proper living-room.

This apartment is designed for four people, who will appreciate the modern setting as well as the possibility of cooking their meals and sharing moments of conviviality.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a terrace access, the second bedroom has a double bed, a small office area and a large dressing room.

Tolle Lage, Küche mit Luft nach oben

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Paris. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach super. Gute Restaurants, Bars Cafés … alles in der Nähe. Sehr zu Empfehlen!Ein paar kleine Einschränkungen gibt es allerdings schon: die Schlüsselübergabe bedarf eines Umwegs, zumal beim Übergabeort Parkplätze fehlen und die Kücheneinrichtung könnte noch um einige brauchbare Töpfe und Schneidebretter ergänzt werden. Wer darauf keinen Wert ist hier sowieso goldrichtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
