Wouldn’t stay here again
When we got to our apartment at the check in time, we entered and knew right away it hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty towels piled up in the bathroom and bedroom, the linens had not been washed and there was a stench in the room. Furthermore, there was water damage on the floor causing the vinyl flooring and wood underneath to bow up and there was a huge raised bump about 8 inches high running through the apartment. see photos. We called and complained and they said we need to leave the apartment and they would have someone clean it. We just got off of four hours traveling and trains and wanted to rest but this was not possible. When speaking to the manager, I asked for a new room and she said no and I asked for a refund and she said no. Our only option at that point was to leave so the room could be cleaned, however a few hours later when we were out in town the manager called and said she was giving us another room and also free breakfast one morning. I thanked her and was grateful for a new room. The new room was cleaned and the floor was not a hazard so I was happy that they tried to fix it but really this is not a place I would stay again. Photos are how the apartment looked when we walked in.

Perfect for a little getaway
Lovely little apartment, perfect for our 3 day trip! Owners were very helpful and very quick to respond to any messages. Only downside was not being able to turn the radiator off, every night was very hot and stuffy; we did end up having the doors open but it was then very noisy

Cozy apartment near the Paris Opera.
This apartment was immaculate upon arrival and with space for two double beds, one downstairs, another upstairs, it was very cozy. The main problem we had was that the radiator was not turned on upon arrival in freezing weather and we had to spend three nights without heat despite numerous calls. Someone showed up on Monday morning and fixed the problem. there was a hotplate with only one burner, and a small refrigerator,but we were able to manage cooking breakfast and a light dinner for ouselves that saved a lot of money. We were in the heart of the city and there was a general strike that shut down most of the Metro so we were able to walk to the Louvre and many other sites. The kitchen was small but had enough appliances so that we were able to manage fine. The beds were both very comfortable. Overall, we would recommned this apartment.

Ridiculous appartment. Sardine box, when my business partner joined me he immediately said he is not staying. Supposed to be 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom was not a bedroom but a hanging gallery too low to stand up and no windows or air to breath. When you stay for a week, you don't even get someone that cleans your room, even though you pay the same price as a hotel room (where they clean everyday). My partner took a hotel room instead. I paid for two people for a week and eneded up staying alone, so it ended up costing double. There was one window in the appartment where you had to jump above a high wall to access the window (open for air or close to keep warm).

Don't book. Although I did like the location, I did not have a good experience at all. Firstly - Long process once you enter the building to get to the apartment. At night - it is scary as after the first entrance, you need to walk in a large space again to the next entrance and there is no light. Secondly - Our toilet did not work for the whole first day. When we called to get this fixed, the woman on the line said she will tell her manager but does not know when he would get back to her. It was fixed later the next day however no empathy when speaking on the phone. Thirdly - There was a leak from somewhere and therefore there was water dripping on the floor, we had to use one of the towels to stop it. Fourth - The stairs are EXTREMELY small and not easy to walk on, very dangerous if you have children. I had to be careful and I am old enough. Upstairs bedroom can get very very hot at night however there are 2 fans provided. Fifth - The noises at night are ridiculous and also very scary - my guess is because the walls/floors are very very thin. We could hear absolutely everything, this was extremely frustrating. Sixth - there was black marks all over the floor when we got there. Not that clean. + There are no cleaners and they state on the website that there will be 1 clean per stay however this is only the you leave. The bins completely stunk because they do not tell you where you can take it. Seventh - service in general is bad. They just tell you to email.

Not recommend to stay here
I would not recommend staying here. The room was alot smaller than the pictures on the internet with barely enough room to walk around the bed. It took them five days to open my room safe which was broken and my passport was locked inside. When they did eventually open it it took them less than 5 minutes!! I will not be staying here again

Apartment was in a very good location, just 10 min walk from the Louvre and lovely bakery just across the street. All went well using the door codes emailed to us in advance. Clean and tidy but the bedroom on the mezzanine floor did get very hot at night, although there was a fan provided. Brilliant for 2 of us for a few days stay.

No daily cleaning for the room. We want to take the rubbish to collection point . I asked the question to hotel worker. They didn’t try to reply and just said I couldn’t read anything, “my eyes didn’t work!”

This property location is good. But management is terrible. We contacted with apartment 1 day before, they sent us the key code by message, which includes 4 key code without final door key code. We arrived at apartment at 2pm about. Then we tried to contact with them, every time, they said "give us 5 minutes, we will call back", for whole afternoon, we didn't get any call-back. We kept calling, finally they said their door security code system has issue, their manager was on the way to apartment. Till 4 pm, we didn't meet their manager, finally, cleaning lady gave us their badge to let us inside the apartment. In the following 3 days, we used this badge to open door, no anyone to come to repair that door. That is really bad experience. In hot summer, wait outside of apartment about 2 hours with kids and luggage.

There was some issues at arrival due to mix-up with reservations and later with the access code. The WS team was very responsive and fixed the problems rapidly. However it was too many issues. The location is unbeatable though.

La veille de notre arrivée, WS nous a informé d'une fuite d'eau et nous a proposé de nous reloger 71 rue Saint-Honoré (1er). Belles photos de l'appartement. Nous avons accepté. Geste commercial de WS (petit-déjeuner offert). Mais la chambre, située au rez-de-chaussée avec vue unique (une seule fenêtre sur une petite cour sombre), était très bruyante car adossée au local poubelles, passage des habitants et le voisin du dessus qui pousse des cris la nuit et déplace des meubles ! Dommage, bien placé mais le prix est élevé pour le bien et les nuisances...Pas de connexion internet (problème de ligne ou de box) donc pas de TV non plus.

Bien pour 2-3 nuits max sous conditions
Bien pour un cour séjour en famille, l'aménagement est très correct pour une famille de 4 personnes pour 2 ou 3 nuits. Pour rester plus longtemps il va falloir faire l'impasse sur: -les rangements pour les vêtements (il n'y a en a aucun) -la table n'est que pour 2 personnes -pas d'aération pour cuisiner, voir même pas d'aération du tout, odeurs persistantes -bruits de la rue assez présents la nuit -le frigo est tout petit -on se prend sans arrêt les pieds dans une bosse du plancher (tuyau ?!?) Alors pourquoi le prendre ? Car il est situé dans un quartier proche du Louvre, avec une boulangerie en face (pas artisanale, ça sent l'industriel), beaucoup de restaurants autour pour le soir. La literie est de bonne qualité, c'est propre et récent. SdB correcte. En revoyant l'ameublement et l'aération, WS Opéra gagnerait grandement en qualité.

Le seul avantage étais l’emplacement de l’hôtel ! Pour le reste l’état de la chambre étais déplorable : le parquet étais tout troué, une grosse bosse en plein milieu de la chambre, une échelle très dangereuse pour l’accès à la chambre ensuite l’équipement pour la cuisine ultra limité ! 호텔 입구를 찾기 힘들어요. 오죽하면 저말고 다른 프랑스인 가족도 헤매고 있어서 도와드림. 6시이후 늦게 도착하는 일정이라면 절대절대절대 예약하지 마세요. 게다가 직원이 영어를 전혀 하지 못합니다. 최악최악. 저는 1박에 22만원에 예약했는데 지켜보니까 이 호텔 16만원까지 내려오네여 참고해서 예약하세여.예약한 투어가 오페라역에서 시작해서 오페라역이랑 가까운거 딱하나보고 예약했어요. 호텔 5분거리에l’oseille이라고 가격좋은 맛집있어요

The location is excellent, and the way this little shoe-box of a hotel room is furnished makes it fine for three people. However, the shower was almost completely blocked, so the water kept running out on the bathroom floor, and we spent a lot of time mopping the floor. The heaps of wet towels made the whole room pretty humid after a couple of days. I telephoned the contact number the first morning, and the lady promised to get something done immediately. Nothing happened. I wrote an e-mail the second morning to complain. Nothing happened. I wrote another e-mail the third morning, more strongly worded. Nothing happened. The breakfast (bread, croissants, butter, jam, coffee, tea, juice) delivered on the door every day was fine, if a bit boring.

Dreckiges Apartment - kein Service
Schmutzig, kein Service, keine Putzfrau! Zweimal wurde bestätigt, dass die Putzfrau gereinigt hat und kein einziges mal hat es der Wahrheit entsprochen. Sehr enttäuschend. Bettwäsche hat gerochen, war zerknittert, das Bad in einem Ekelhaften Zustand, der Boden verklebt dreckig! Habe selbst geputzt!

totalement adapté à notre projet : 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour visite de Paris sur 3 jours, pas plus car l'espace est calculé au cm2 près sécurité maximale très bien situé au coeur de Paris bonne surprise, le wifi fonctionne sans problème ! équipement satisfaisant très bon endroit, excellent si 2 m2 de plus...

On a eu pour a note arrivee. Un papier colle à la porte d un ex client très mécontent. Un souci avec les codes ; appel à la hotline qui m ont bien aidé. C était moi qui m était trompé. Ouf. Le séjour c est bien passé. Plus petit par rapport à ce que les photos montrent mais c est propre et neuf. Il faisait chaud dans l apart alors que dehors il faisait 25. Passengers de violet. Uniquement des rideaux

다시는 안가고 싶은 숙박 입니다. 4박 예약 하고는 1박은 다른곳으로 옮겼습니다. (파리 숙박을 예약하기 어려웠고 2박 이후 바로 옮기려고 했습니다.) 가족 여행으로 4박을 예약했습니다. 3시 체크인이 가능하다고 해서 도착을 했는데 아파트는 공사가 안끝난 상태였습니다. 2~3시간 뒤에 오라고 했고 6시쯤 들어가니 공사 먼지는 복도, 방 전체에 가득 했고 인테리어 공사후 입주 청소가 안된 상태 였습니다. 물티슈로 방, 집기를 청소했고 갑자기 더워진 파리 날씨에 에어컨도 없고 수건 교환도 불가능했습니다. 예약 사이트 사진과 다르게 방은 2층 구조였고 2층으로 올라가는 계단은 매우 위험 합니다. 사진 믿지 마세요.
