We used public transportation to get there late at night and it was very frustrating to find. The address got me to the street where it was located but the hotel is tucked waaaayyy in the back past other hotels and parking lots. Once you are on that street there is no sign guiding you down to where the property is at. If I was driving or ubered there it would be no issue but we arrived after 11 pm with suitcases and no wifi so it was kind of scary not finding the place and had no way to call with a kid in tow. Luckily a front desk clerk from another hotel helped direct me. After that horrible experience though things went great. Staff was excellent and the room though very small was clean and functional for an overnight stay or two.

First off the staff is very nice, and yes its clean... Now they tell you in the comments they have an elevator.. I didn't even know places listed that but they do and why I looked, its because they DONT! 10 suitcases had to be carried up the stairs with no offer of help from the staff so yes they LIE! The vending machines didn't work and when you asked them, they just said they don't work. We had 2 rooms and the AC didn't work in either of them, lucky it was cold outside so we just opened the window. the shower in one room leaked through the shower on the floor thru a hole in the base. No Ice machine no refrigerator.. Would have never stayed if we would have known about the elevator.

The family room at B&B works well for our family. The rooms are small, but adequate and affordable. Our welcome was warm and I was able to borrow a hairdryer. The room was clean. The food choices are limited, although there is a large Auchan grocery store across the street. We at at an Asian buffet, L’Or Grille, which we liked. Great choice before taking a flight out of CDG.

L’hôtel est effectivement conçu de telle façon que la climatisation et le chauffage ne peuvent être actionnés en même temps, et basculer de la position « chauffage » à celle de « climatisation » requiert l’intervention d’une entreprise spécialisée. Aussi, vos remarques montrent que des améliorations peuvent être apportées concernant ce point, et je n’ai pas manqué de faire part de votre témoignage aux personnes compétentes. Not bad, but could use some improvements.
The main peeve of this stay was definitely the reception desk being unavailable most times. Also I would not recommend booking this hotel via a third party website (like Hotels.com) if getting there after the reception closes as the hotel's automated check-in machine WILL charge you again - luckily hotels.com managed to solve this situation with a quick email to their customer rep. The breakfast was nice, the room was cleaned everyday. It's what you should expect from a budget hotel. Additionally, even though this is a 'non-smoking' hotel, there was the constant smell of smoke in the hallway which just got worse as the days went by which was especially horrible as we had a child with us. While that may not be the hotel's fault, the enforcement of said policy is the hotel's responsibility.

I agree with the other reviews it doesn't look or feel like the pictures. Its dingy and smelly. No service rep during checkin hours. They force you to double pay to get a code into your room. Which Is Fraudulent if You already paid online. No elevators so if you have luggage, good luck. Location not easy to find. When i showed the evening manager the bed bug in the bed, he said no big deal, it is common. Although, the cleaning staff was delightful.

Avoid unless your travelling with dogs
Arrived and was double charged for the stay as it was already prepaid. Said to come back Monday, but on a one night stay travelling back to the UK won’t happen. Luckily hotels.com are dealing. First room was filthy. Bunk beds for the kids falling apart, ladder missing a screw and was rickety as I don’t know what. Second room was ok, not the best room ever stayed in but was ok. Hard beds. 30+ degree heat and the air con just pumped out hotter air. Very dog friendly hotel so dog hair and traces of animals throughout. Definitely not one for allergy sufferers. Breakfast was mediocre for the additional supplement. Overall just poor avoid unless your travelling with animals.

A little concern goes a long way
Hello, everything was fine except that the person at the counter let somebody cut in front of me. The fact that i was disabled and waiting, the counter person helped the person that cut in front of me. That’s after waiting to be served after a busload of kids. Yah, kind of frustrating after traveling for 4 hrs.

I like that the hotel offered free wifi and a continental breakfast. The sheets were clean on the bed. Beside that, we didn't like the room. It was so tiny there was not enough room to set our luggage down. It was a bare bone room as far as what you find in hotel rooms these days. We were traveling and got there late and too tired otherwise we would have gone to another hotel. For what the room cost, a traveler can find better.

First of all we have bought a package that includes airfare and hotel. The hotel was automated and to enter the hotel you needed a code. There was no one at the hotel and when we finally got a operator through the intercom she stated we did not pay the hotel. After almost three hours in between talking to a representative of cheap tickets the issue was resolve. During this time we outside in the rain exhausted from a long fly. This was frustrating and extremely disappointing. The hotel is very far from the center of Paris.

Don’t bother
When we got there you need a PIN number in order to enter the building. Once we were able to find our PIN number, it tried charging us for a room we already paid. Then after 5 hours waiting to get inside, the lady checks us in with little indication of anything. We get to our room and it smells like cigarette and ramen noodles. We barely could sleep. Next day, we ask for new towels and could tell they actually cleaned the room the second night but not the first. The food was relatively ok. The worst experience thankfully it was a very short stay and you’re not really in the best zone in Paris either.

You get what you pay for.
First off, I did not realize that this hotel is all automated. No working staff on premises. Everything was online or needed to use their computer kiosk, including getting into the door which was a challenge for a not so computer savy person like me. No elevator so you would have to lug your luggage’s up to your 2nd floor which means 3 stories up in France. If you like everything done with no person to person contact, then this may be for you. Otherwise, my wife and I will never stay at this hotels again.
