The area is not safe, the hotel smelled funny and the elevator was very very slow. Our shower in our room was so disgustingly clogged that we had to take very very quick showers to try and avoid a flood in the bathroom it was so disgusting. I would never come back here. The staff was very nice, I liked them a lot but the hotel was a dump.

Awful Stay
This hotel had so many issues. The area was horrible. Long duration for the elevator service since there was only 1 elevator working. The light went out in the morning in our room. The beds smelled and the bathroom was in terrible conditions. The breakfast was also very bad quality. Overall, I was not happy at all!

The air-condition was not working, lot of bugs, no shampoo in the bathroom, just a very tiny dustbin in the bathroom without any plastic in it.

There was nothing good about this hotel it smelt of marajuana the breakfast was disgusting only warm thing to eat was sloppy scrambled egg and deep fried bacon ran out of French bread at 9am breakfast finished at 10 .30 room never cleaned aswe were still getting ready to go out she said to busy to come back so towels not changed bed not made area was a dump felt unsafe walking around car parking was 8 euro per night extra

Property was very clean. Staff very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Room was very nice with clean towels and fresh bedding. Surrounding area not too nice but we had young children so was back at the hotel early

It was satisfactory. The expected was provided, i.e. the beds, towels, desk, etc. However, I did find that the room was quite suffocating as the size was a lot smaller than I imagined. There was very little moving space and with four people, we found this to be a problem.

Great hotel, questionable neighborhood
The hotel is great; the staff is fantastic. The rooms are on the small side, and the windows don’t open all the way; they are locked with a chain. My biggest issue is that the area is not safe at night; we saw questionable activities walking from the Metro station to the hotel.

Unpleasant one night in paris
Got stuck during holiday and had to book something for night. Please avoid this with family pictures of the room shown is misleading it's not at what you will get. Not enough room for two person to stand forget about staying with family of four people and 4 bags. Overall it was one of our worst hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Would be nice if staff picked up outside the front door if not the whole block. Rooms are tiny even by European standards but beds comfortable and clean and was a king sized bed (two twin beds). Neighborhood is safe even if dirty with litter and not high end. The nice thing is that prices are good around there like the bakery and shops and street stands that have anything you might have forgotten. Metro isn't too far, maybe a few blocks or around 8-10min walk. There's an elevator here, slow but glad there was one at all. Some floors smell of smoke, not all. I'd prob go back.

Friendly, helpful staff. Elevator. Slow but works; most places don't have one. The rooms are clean; we saw 3 of them as our room was moved. Once bc bed size mix up; again bc light at top bunk stuck on. More inconvenient than it sounds bc we were already unpacked and kids almost asleep. No coffee/tea in rooms, no hair dryer - maybe at front desk, not sure. Lobby had faint odor, not bad maybe from outside. The hallway of the room we finally got had smoke smells both cigarettes and other; maybe that was the smoking floor? Staff should really pick up the litter outside by front door if not the whole block. Area outside is dirty, litter, not the best neighborhood but felt safe and the upside is that prices around there are very good and there are lots of close by vendors and shops like a bakery, etc. If you forget anything there are shops and streets stands selling all sorts of clothes, underclothes, etc. for cheap. Metro not too far, maybe a five or ten minute walk a few blocks down. Way overpriced at $129 even last min on a Saturday. Very small space even by European standards. Decided last min to stay 2nd night (instead of staying near airport for next day flight) so as not to drag luggage and kids all over filthy metro up and down stairs again.

Room size very small, but we read about that and were expecting it. Room was very clean, no complaints there. But Paris was having a bit of a heat wave when we were there (strange for mid-Oct), and no Air Conditioning in the unit made for an extremely hot and uncomfortable night. The window only cracks open a tiny bit and we had to stick a hanger in it to keep it open that far. The heat was just unbearable. Vending machine in lobby (drinks only, no snacks/food) does not take card. No food or restaurants nearby except a small McDonald's knockoff on the corner. Couple that with a sketchy part of town, and I hope you don't arrive hungry or thirsty. We were only in Paris for one night, so this place sort of served its purpose. But if you're going multiple nights in Paris, this is not the place to stay.

Did not feel safe walking at night from the Metro
The room is small, but that’s ok because we only needed it for sleep. It was very clean in the room and the air conditioning worked well. We needed three beds, so the bunk beds worked great. Inhenestly thought the low price was because it was far from the notorious attractions. Owever, I was sadly mistaken. The low price was because the neighborhood was dirty and I did not feel safe. The lobby of the hotel smelled like a urinal. Next time I will pay extra and stay in a nicer location.

B&B...yes just bed and Breakfast
From just a bed point of view it was ok, however at the cost of this I would expect a lot more room....would have been better off at a hostel. The highlight was breakfast....now that was great! Service was good and staff were very helpful, the room was a shoe box with a tiny bathroom stuck in one corner! The area in which the hotel resides is a little rough but manageable and close to the metro and was well serviced so our late night sightseeing worked well. If you just need a bed for the night then this is ok, but a little too high price for what you get, service was great as was breakfast.

Great staff, awful neighbourhood
The hotel is in an ethnically diverse area on the outskirts of Paris. While there are many places to eat cheaply, the neighborhood is not good. Lots of litter around and the journey to Paris attractions tiring. Moreover, the quadruple room we took is TINY. While there are beds for four people there is barely enough room to stand let alone sit. The bathroom is tiny too. The hotel itself though clean is need of some TLC. What stands out though is the amazing room service staff who are on point in cleaning the room, taking out the trash replacing towels etc. Lastly, in our four days there the coffee vending machine was always out of order, not good

Stay away from here
Rough area, migrants and undesirables hanging around outside, hookers too as well as in the hotel, filthy outside cigarettes butts papers plastic bags, room so small the bed had to be squeezed around to get to the desk.. No lobby phone to call the rooms well no room phones anyway.

Overpriced and loud but clean
We were in Paris for 2 nights and just needed some place clean and inexpensive to sleep while we were exploring the city. We knew we'd wouldn't be in the room much which was lucky because the room was quite small and not great for spending much time in. The walls are extremely thin so you could hear every word being said by the neighbors. Hotel is also on a busy corner so you hear all the traffic and pedestrians walking about all night long. Bring earplugs! Breakfast was fine - typical continental spread to get you started in the morning. Be prepared for extremely small showers that will soak the whole bathroom due to poor design. Overall it seemed quite expensive for what we got, but at least it was clean.

Correct mais...
Dans l'ensemble, correct et propre, mais le lavabo se bouchait et fuyait ensuite par le syphon. Chambre au 8ème étage, coté cour, avec des imbéciles qui braillaient jusqu'à minuit... grrr ! (Mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien). Bruit de la circulation, klaxxon... mais c'est Paris, normal.

Hôtel etait bien bonne acceuil la chambre etait propre bien il ya 2 chose que j ais trop apprécier deja on peut même pas ouvri la fenêtre c'est fermer avec une chaîne il faut une clés pour ouvrir et la 2 eme chose j ais fait ce séjour avec mes enfants âgée de 9 ans 8 ans 7 ans elle la femme de ménage viens frappe a la porte super fort à 8h50 pour faire le ménage alors que normalement on peut faut quitté la chambre un peu avant 12h par contre je trouve pas ca normal de réveille les gens comme ca surtout quand il ya des enfants de frappe comme cela mais enfants on eu un peut peur
