Beautiful Design Apt - Near Parc Montsouris

Beautiful apartment of 30 square meters located in the 13th of Paris. It is on the ground floor.
It is ideally located close to Montsouris park, ideal for beautiful walks, from the Place d'Italie and its dynamic and lively district with the Italy 2 shopping centre and its many Asian restaurants. You will also find the catacombs of Paris a little further away and the Choisy park.
